LVN-The Gardens
Under the direction of the Resident Care Manager, the LVN is responsible for resident assessment and care planning, nursing care rendered, supervision and training of nursing personnel who assist in provision of care assigned residents.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations:
Title 22 and Department of Social Services SKILLS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.
Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
Reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance.
Ability to lift residents, medical equipment, supplies, etc.
in excess of fifty (50) pounds.
Required to have visual and hearing acuity with or without aid of mechanical devices sufficient to assess resident safety and ability.
Must be able to assist in evacuating the residents.
Experience:
Minimum of (2) years of clinical experience preferred and three years working with geriatric residents/or patients, preferred in assisted living or other extended care settings.
LICENSE:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (or equivalent) with current California License.
Current CPR Certificate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
