Clinical Coordinator
The Clinical Coordinator is a registered professional nurse in a first line supervisory position who is responsible to provide unit specific supervision and leadership in the areas of patient care activities, unit operation and staffing functions in accordance with the mission, philosophy, standards, policies and procedures of Fremont-Rideout Health Group.
BSN required or completion of Bachelors in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or Management within 5 years of accepting position.
Demonstrate clinical competence in relevant area of nursing practice.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Evidence of this includes, but is not limited to, effective communication skills and abilities to deal well with people, ability to problem solve, confront/resolve issues, motivate others, ability to plan, and organize and direct the activities of others.
Possesses current unit based competencies.
A minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care facility and 1 year experience in clinical area.
Valid California RN license.
National Certification (if applicable) preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
