Essential Duties/Responsibilities Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior) Windowsill cleaning De-webbing of building and doorways Assisting in light maintenance work Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property) Sanitizing Adhering to all safety rules and procedures Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and Auto insurance (if traveling between locations) Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
