Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing paperwork.
Maintain organized, accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and expense reports Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized workspace Assist in maintaining and updating digital records.
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records File and organize documents, both physical and electronic Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings Act as a personal assistant to management, handling scheduling and correspondence Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
Proficient in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of accounting principles Previous experience in office administration or related roles Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment where you can utilize your organizational and administrative skills.
