Office Manager Job Responsibilities In this position as Office Manager, you will be a major contributor to the continued success of our corporation.
You will supervise company procedures, setting operational standards that will best serve our clients.
In this role, you will provide support and guidance to employees and coordinate day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth operation of an efficient team.
Your success will be determined by your exceptional client and agency relations, management of staff, and ability to identify and improve internal processes and procedures.
In this role, your meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, judgment, and follow through will be critical to success.
Identify and bridge gap areas within and across teams.
Participate in staff recruitment and placement, and provide support to help ensure the success of those who are hired.
Organize and conduct trainings to develop and cross-train employees.

Operations Manager Job Requirements Proven experience directing the work of a workforce and holding people accountable to processes and standards, including following up on any missing pieces of processes or tasks.
Demonstrated success developing and monitoring metrics to ensure employees are performing at exceptional standards of quality.
Two or more years of similar office management experience with a demonstrated track record of process improvements in a production environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well and efficiently with a wide variety of people.
Personnel management experience in a positive work environment with high employee satisfaction.
Experience building and shaping organizational culture is preferred.
Demonstrated strengths in problem solving, planning, prioritization, and coordination across an organization.
Quickly adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility to adjust to business needs.
