Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations at the storage facility, provide stellar customer service which includes inquiries throughout the entire rental process, and will interact with prospective and existing storage customers, manage payments and bank deposits, use and navigate through property management software, follow up with customers and keep office clean and presentable.
General property maintenance includes cleaning space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed.
Makes regular assessment of the condition of the property and resolves maintenance and cleaning issues.
Work with company vendors who will be frequenting the property (maintenance, repair, property improvements).
Requirements:
Outstanding people and customer service skills Strong sales experience or have the mindset and willingness to learn Ability to pay close attention to detail Highly organized General office and telephone skills Computer literate Effective communicator Storage experience a plus but not required.
Compensation is $17.
00 - $19.
00 per hour (depending on sales and customer service experience), competitive benefits package, and potential for a quarterly growth and performance-based bonus.
