This position may also require some minor repairs to units during the walk through process.
Good communication skills are a must- A Walkthrough Associate will have an outgoing personality, easily converse with customers and perhaps basic knowledge of RVs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE:
Ensures the ET's delivery experience is set up and ready for the customer.
Prepares the customer's unit for orientation.
Greets customers upon arrival with positive energy and leads them to their unit for delivery.
Guides the customers through the orientation with hands on instruction and answering the customers questions.
Identifies and discusses the benefits of optional camping enhancements.
Guarantees the customer is equipped to utilize RV Complete.
Creates an exceptional customer delivery experience and promotes social reviews.
Initiates meet and greet with the customer's service advisor.
Confirms service appointment is set prior to leaving the dealership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Walk customers through RV units at time of delivery Explain the functions and recommend accessories Perform and demonstrate the proper hitch set up on all travel trailer deliveries, and proper coupling procedures for all fifth wheel deliveries.
Educate each customer with the operation of their brake controller and confirm that they are able to comfortably operate.
Responsible for ensuring the delivery area's appearance and cleanliness.
Responsible for ensuring units scheduled for delivery the next business day are ready for transfer from the make ready area to the assigned delivery pad.
Participate in the daily department opening/closing procedures as defined in written department policy.
Coordinating with the Service and Parts Departments.
Walking the RV with the customer, taking notes on any needed changes.
Listening to client concerns and determining their needs.
Present products and demonstrate how these products are beneficial to the customer Assist customers in the store and over the phone Maintain the Parts Store inventory Listen to customers, determine their needs and offer solutions Create and modify purchase order and work with the appropriate vendor to order parts Handle special order parts using the computer system Contact customers and keep them informed on their orders Process and close open invoices Perform on-going inventories in warehouse Perform an inspection of each unit coming in from the factory.
Maintain documentation of unit inspections.
