RV Parts Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, strong leadership skills and have excellent communication skills.
The Parts lead will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks, including research, data analysis, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
Have strong leadership skills manage and support other employees in parts department Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Attend meetings and take notes.
Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Work collaboratively with other departments.
Maintain and monitor compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures Creates, reviews, and processes requisitions and replenishment orders for inventory of RV Parts Researches, interacts, and compares suppliers, goods, and services in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
Requesting cost proposals and negotiating total cost and delivery.
Places Purchase Orders with vendors and confirms confirmations Proactively manage inventory and reconcile Open Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery and prompt payment of invoices Monitoring of backorders and substitutions Troubleshoot cost, quality and delivery concerns Coordinates and creates Vendor Returns for return of product to vendor for credit Collaborates with Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve discrepancies specific to pricing, receiving and match discrepancies Ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers as well as contacts within the company Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently Self-Starter able to work independently Provides daily updates to Customer Service on Customer Backorders Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts Have a working knowledge of parts for each type of unit, general parts required and understanding of subparts that will be needed for installation As a Parts Associate you:
Have parts buying knowledge Possess Strong computer skills Are able to communicate effectively with the customer Have excellent communication and negotiation skills Exhibit strong organization and documentation skills Have a valid driver's license Job Type:
