The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with the ability to provide support to upper management.
In addition, the Administrative Assistant should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, communication, and other duties pertinent to the organization.
Duties Include:
Answer phones and greet visitors Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Requirements:
1-2 years working experience in an administrative environment.
1-2 years of customer service experience Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and general computer programs Ability to learn quickly and adapt, excellent communication skills - both written & verbal.
Professional and enthusiastic demeanor needed.
