Ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our customers - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication Eager to learn -You will be asked to prepare beverages from our constantly evolving menu to standard recipes as well as customize them for customers.
Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Positive attitude when working with fellow employees and serving customers Willingness to get the job done and helping your team in a dynamic retail environment.
What Will You Do? Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service at our Yuba City/Marysville location Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store Handle and manage rapid cash flow and be 100% accountable for company assets and property.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Well groomed appearance Ability to work in various temperature like coolers and outside temperatures Ability to validate a bill and an ID Physical Requirements This position requires constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching/ squatting.
Frequent or occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 60 pounds is required.
