ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES The following duties are normal for this position.

Oversees completion of the payment process and receives conformation from Grower Accountant, grower registers, year-end statements to members Obtains payment distribution summaries and advises IT of accounting and record requirements needed to maintain member accounts.
Monitors the success of deferred payment and special grower advance and Grower Note programs Processes member equity allocations, retirement, and changes Responsible for year-end statements to members Work closely with I/T to fix/maintain appropriate data Maintains familiarity with regulations governing relationships of Sunsweet and grower members.
Communicates with the IT Department relative to needed program changes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent Written and verbal communication Ability to:
Strategic decision making Effectively overseeing Grower Accounting.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors with minimum 8 years of experience Physical/Safety Requirements:
Tolerate extended periods of sitting at desk.
