The Accounting Clerk reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for performing account receivables/payables, cash reconciliations, deposits, payroll, billing, and adjusting general journal entries for multiple entities.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Prior accounting or bookkeeping work experience required Experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing required Skilled in verbal and written communication Skilled in organizational and clerical skills Skilled in data entry Basic telephone and reception skills Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a team Ability to problem solve Ability to communicate effectively Ability to meet deadlines in a timely matter Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Must be able to pass federally-compliant drug screen and mandated background check Must have current Covid-19 vaccination, including booster, if eligible or have an approved medical or religious exemption before beginning work Job Type:
